Cayley is the founder and owner of Films by Emerge. After successfully running an international, award-winning production house for the past 5 years and winning an Emmy in 2022, she brings her wealth of experience and expertise to Emerge, leading the business into all aspects of factual television. 

Cayley holds a masters in management and oversees most of the day-to-day runnings of Emerge Films.  In conjunction with her many years of experience in conservation, which have garnered her a deep understanding of wildlife, she has also worked on several programs and series for Netflix, National Geographic, Smithsonian Network, BBC America, Terra Mater and more.

Cayley has experience in producing, production management and behind the camera. Her understanding of production needs has allowed the business to grow into a full fixing service for overseas production houses wishing to collaborate with in-country experts.
